It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Col Hjortshoj on Friday 11th August 2023.
Col was a major pat of the Australia PG comp scene and was a great service to NZ at the 2017 and 202 PG Opens in Rotorua. He was known for keeping things run smooth and efficiently with the best humour.
We will be sending a flower arrangement to his family on behalf of the Paragliding Comps Committee and NZHGPA and are welcoming messages of comfort to be sent with the flowers. Please send these to [email protected] as soon as possible. His funeral will be hosted Friday, 25th August and should anyone wish to send a direct token of appreciation, please direct it as below:
